Steve adds rigor and process to every search, leveraging his 15-year career in management consulting to produce outstanding results. He has worked with a variety of clients and specializes in helping growth-stage startups up-level their product and technology leadership. Recently, Steve has closed C/VP-level roles with Figma, Superhuman, Flow, Foursquare, Visa, Crossbeam, StarTree, and Quantive.
Outside of work, you’ll catch Steve chasing around his busy first grader, trying a new Chicago restaurant, or watching one of his beloved Detroit sports teams. Steve has a B.A. in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, and is an avid Spartans fan (go green!).
