Shazia Parekh

Shazia is a Senior Analyst at Parker Remick who brings creative research strategies and positive energy to every project she completes. She is focused primarily on the VC and PE-backed enterprise technology landscapes, with a particular affinity for next generation technologies like autonomous vehicles and quantum computing. Shazia always enjoys a challenge and has helped place diverse product and technology leaders at companies like Waymo, Quantive, Walmart, Echodyne, and Hershey, among others. In addition to her search work, Shazia has a knack for process changes and improvements, constantly working to improve efficiency in workflows in support of her colleagues.

Throughout her career, she has worn many hats, serving as an office manager, program coordinator, and even a P.E. teacher. With a background in psychology and international public policy, Shazia brings her research acumen and curiosity to everything she does, whether it’s sourcing your next technology leader, deciding her next travel destination, or finding the next title to watch on Netflix. She graduated from UC Riverside with a B.A. in Psychology, and from University College London with an MSc in International Public Policy.
