Grant is a Principal Consultant and also manages our Associate team. With a background in college admissions and deep experience in candidate research, Grant brings a keen qualitative eye to his clients. He primarily focuses on high-growth, venture-backed startups, helping them find product and engineering leaders often taking over from founders. Grant has successfully placed candidates at companies including GOAT, Overjet, VTS, Prisma, Swoogo, and Scribsoft, and successfully completed searches with Square, Honor, Instacart, Skydio, and Eventbrite, among others.
Outside of work, you’ll likely catch Grant at a baseball game writing about his favorite team, the Seattle Mariners. He’s also hoping to capture an elusive Parker Remick fantasy football championship one of these years. Grant holds a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University.
