Amy has 16 years of search experience, beginning her recruiting career at Amazon, where she had several roles, including Strategic Diversity Recruiter on the first internal team dedicated to increasing URM hiring. Before Parker Remick, she founded and led Executive Recruiting for a VC-backed startup while the company was in hyper-growth. Amy also spent two years in academia studying, presenting research, and teaching Cognitive Psychology and Quantitative & Qualitative Research Methods and Statistics.
Amy’s clients include Hershey, Waymo, Asana, Sony Playstation, Walmart and StitchFix. She graduated from Whitworth University.
