Kevin Williamson led the technology practice at a large international executive search firm before forming Parker Remick with Charlotte Remick near London in 1998. The name "Parker" is a tribute to his grandparents.
He and Robert Healy became joint Managing Partners in 2000, pairing European and American backgrounds. To better serve global clients, Robert launched operations in the Americas and oversaw the firm's relocation to the Seattle-Vancouver Area.
In 2001, when an unprecedented decline in the technology and executive search markets challenged our young firm, we further improved search quality (see right) and our hands-on approach to assignment execution. We needed to deliver leaders who could truly build and manage world-changing organizations.
Today, the same sense of challenge and determination preserves an industry-leading completion record. Since our founding, we have placed scores of leaders worldwide, guaranteed satisfaction with each, and never replaced one.
